Xbox Points

Please check you have entered your code correctly. Sometimes a 7 can look like a T and a 8 can look like a B. This will solve most problems.

If a code isn't working on your console try the xbox.com site and vice-versa.

To redeem the code via Xbox.com:

Xbox.com and then sign in (top right)
Click My Xbox and select My Account (top right)
Select the "Redeem Code" option when the page loads.

To redeem your code via the Xbox Console:

Sign into your profile.
Once signed in, press the big X in middle of your controller this activates the mini guide
Press left twice to the "marketplace" menu
Go down to "redeem code" and enter your code there.

Please try both methods before proceeding to the contact form.

Nintendo Points

Please make sure you are redeeming your Nintendo Points correctly. Please follow the instructions below.

Redeeming Nintendo Points on the Wii console:

To redeem Nintendo Points, go to the Wii Shop Channel from the Wii Menu.
Once you are connected to the Wii Shop channel, select 'Start Shopping'.
On the next screen, select 'Add Wii Points'.
On the next screen, select 'Redeem Nintendo Points Card'.
Now take the Nintendo Points Card number that you got from the Nintendo Points Card Shop and enter this in the field 'Nintendo Points Card Activation Number'. Select 'OK'.
On the next screen, select 'Redeem' to register the Nintendo Points as Wii Points on your Wii Shop Channel account. Select 'OK'.

Redeeming Nintendo Points on the Nintendo DSi handheld:

To redeem Nintendo Points, go to the Nintendo DSi Shop from the Nintendo DSi Menu.
Once you are connected to the Nintendo DSi Shop, select ‘Start Shopping’.
On the next screen, select 'Add Nintendo DSi Points'.
On the next screen, select 'Redeem Nintendo Points Card'.
Now take the Nintendo Points Card number that you got from the Nintendo Points Card Shop and enter this in the field 'Nintendo Points Card Activation Number'. Select 'OK'.
On the next screen, select 'Redeem' to register the Nintendo Points as Nintendo DSi Points on your Nintendo DSi Shop account. Select 'OK'.
